Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA): BCAA are the foundation of musculature properties. There are 22 BCAA's found in every supplement to allow for proper muscular repair. The most important of these is Leucine, and is usually the largest quantity per scoop of BCAA; Leucine allows the body to absorb protein at an inrcreased rate.
